1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The client must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of dog training sessions. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. The dog training business will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any requested changes to the schedule.

2. Refunds

We understand that plans can change; however, due to the preparation, limited spaces, and time reserved for each client, the following policy applies:

Private Training and Behaviour Packages

Before the first session:

  • A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the first booked session.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date may incur an administration charge or partial refund at our discretion.

After the first session has taken place:

  • Once training has begun, no refunds will be issued.
  • This includes partial or pro-rata refunds for unused sessions, as your booking secures trainer time, venue space, and limits availability for other clients.

Missed or rescheduled sessions:

  • Sessions missed without prior notice are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice and are subject to availability.

Group Classes

  • A full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the course start date.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date may receive a partial refund at our discretion, depending on whether the space can be filled.
  • Once a course has started, no refunds regardless of attendance.
  • Spaces however can be transferable to future courses or other dogs.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that exceptional circumstances (such as a dog's illness or injury) can arise. In such cases, we may offer a credit or alternative arrangement at our discretion.

3. Late Arrival

The client is expected to arrive on time for scheduled dog training sessions. If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee for the session will be charged.

4. Trainer Absence

In the event that the assigned trainer is unable to attend a scheduled dog training session, the dog training business will make reasonable efforts to provide a substitute trainer or reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time.

5. Liability and Insurance

The dog training business will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the client and their dog during training sessions. However, the dog training business will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the course of the training. It is recommended that the client maintains appropriate insurance coverage for their dog.

6. Confidentiality

The client's personal information and any details regarding their dog will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
